Just a couple of months back, Xiaomi announced their budget tablet device – the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4. And now, within two months, it has introduced a new model called the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus. It comes with a larger display, a fingerprint scanner, and a higher resolution screen along with a bigger battery.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus sports the same metallic build as its younger brother. The only difference in the appearance is made by addition of a fingerprint scanner below the screen. Although, it also still features an AI Face Unlock for authentication purposes. It will be made available in both, Wifi as well as WiFi + cellular versions.
Talking about the differences, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus sports a bigger 10 inches display and is powered by an 8,620 mAh battery. The cameras included in this device are 13 MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 5 MP front-facing camera. On the storage front, it comes in two variants – 64GB and 128GB – which are expandable up to 256 GB via a microSD card. The processor included is an octa-core Snapdragon 660 chipset.
