It follows a teenage witch who roams the remote forests, but things take a turn for the worst when she assails a rural peasant. Living in the body of a peasant makes her yearn to be a human being. The community is distinguished by its stone buildings and stone roofs, in addition to its unspoiled natural beauty. The crew consisted of almost 150 Serbian nationals, and finding lodging would have been difficult if not for the townspeople’ kind welcome.

The village’s mayor, Slavko Kostadinovic, and other locals were quite kind to the film crew. They also allowed the team to film parts of the film in their homes, barns, and meadows, with other sequences shot in the neighbouring woodlands. During their extended stay in the village, the production unit created a house for themselves. They helped renovate the ancient cottages and barns, as well as the building’s access road and the old ambulance house, as a token of their gratitude.
