It seems like this is the month of entry-level smartphones to be launched. One after the other, every big company is launching its low budget smartphone. Now, Meizu has join the streak by launching its device codenamed as Meizu M8C. The handset is launched in Russia. The device is said to be successor of the last year unveiled smartphone Meizu M5C. Meizu M5C was a 5-inch HD display, 2GB RAM and 8-MP rear-facing camera device. The two smartphones differ in the processor as Meizu M5C buys Mediatek whereas M8C propose the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon.
Meizu M8C: Specifications and Features
The new Meizu M8C device comes with 5.45-inch WXGA display showio ng the resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The popular 18: 9 aspect ratio highlights the display. A non-replaceable battery of capacity 3070mAh powers the device. While Android Oreo operates the system and furnish the interface. The camera details are ahead of the M5C version capturing the pictures using 13-MP rear facing sensor having focal aperture of f2.2. The dual tone LED flash is present below the camera sensor. Another feature exhibiting by the sensor is up-to 1080p video capture @30 FPS. Apprehending the front facing selfie snapper, a 8-MP sensor is placed at the top-left having f2.0 aperture.
A 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC features inside the Meizu M8C raised by Qualcomm. The CPU clocks at 1.4GHz and integrates Qualcomm’s Adreno 308 GPU. A 2GB LPDDR3 RAM is fixed within CPU along with internal storage of 16GB. However, there is choice of increasing the storage via a microSD slot up-to 256GB. The connectivity options available are 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS/GLONASS.
