How I Met Your Father Season 1 Episode 7 was released on 22nd February 2022. Additionally, the title of the episode was “Rivka Rebel”. As the episode kicked off, we saw Sophie meeting her idol and renowned artist Naomi Reisberg for an interview. But to her surprise, the interview was not about her getting an opportunity to work for Naomi instead she wanted to hire Sophie to photograph an event which was her daughter Rivka’s bat mitzvah. However, Naomi offered to take a look at Sophie’s artistic portfolio if she did a good job at taking the photos of the events. At the bar, we saw Charlie awfully happy about his five-star reviews on Yelp and was reading them out to his friends. While Valentina agreed to accompany Sophie as her assistant to the event. Moving ahead, Jesse and Sid started their day with a no-distraction personal workday.

Jesse decided to write a song after a long time since his breakup with Meredith. Whereas Sid was doing the wedding plan. However, things soon got off track when the two started watching videos of people doing bird makeup and they got into it deeper and eventually did the makeup on themselves too. Meanwhile, in an attempt to get off one pigeon from their apartment window, they let in several pigeons and got themselves locked out as they ended up on the fire escape. Eventually, they called in help to get themselves out of the situation. On the other hand, Sophie and Valentina got at the bat mitzvah and Valentina was quite excited to see Rivka who was a teen influencer.

While things soon got out of hand when Rivka was being an irritating teenager and didn’t listen to Sophie to give her the good photo shots. Fortunately, things turned in Sophie’s favor when Rivka and her friends consumed some probiotics from Valentina’s purse thinking they were drugs, and started experiencing weird symptoms, credits to the placebo effect. Well, Valentina and Sophie used this to get Rivka and her friends in line and got the perfect shots from the event and impressed Naomi. Meanwhile, Charlie learned that the negative reviewer on Yelp was none other than Ellen who was jealous of Charlie making it in New York and being good at his job too. But he comforted her and made her realize that she was much special in her own ways and had nothing to worry about.
