The MDR crew is racing against the clock to reach their quota at Lumon as the quarter comes to a close. Helly’s job is rushed, while Dylan, Mark, and Irving finish their assignments ahead of schedule. However, she eventually completed the Siena file, much to the delight of her coworkers and supervisors.

Ms. Cobel congratulates Mark on achieving his quarterly objectives and arranges for him to meet with Ms. Casey for a wellness session. Mark’s wife, Ms. Casey, is said to have died a long time ago. Casey and Mark’s chat is being monitored by Ms. Cobel and Mr. Milchick. They are ecstatic to learn that the two have forgotten about each other. Casey, on the other hand, informs them that she has been fired and will be leaving the company after their meeting.
