At a more technical-oriented event in Shanghai, CESA, Huawei confirmed that it will launch the Mate 20 range in October. Since the Mate 10 line was launched in October 2017. Attention to this, a photo of the supposed Huawei Mate 20 smartphone leaked. Although the image quality is not very good, it reveals that this device will have thin upper and lower bezels.
The left and right frames of the Huawei Mate 20 are almost non-existent. This leaves us guessing that we may be facing a full-screen design, similar to what Samsung uses in its Galaxy S10. The exact size of the Mate 20 screen is not known. However the rumors say it will be larger than what was present in Mate 10. In fact the latest information states that the screen may be 6.9 inches.
Huawei Mate 20: Specifications
Meanwhile, a sketch showing the front and rear sides of the alleged equipment also came to the Internet. The front design matches the image we showed above Mate 20. The lower frame is Huawei’s mark. The back of the smartphone has a dual-camera vertical configuration with a fingerprint reader just below. The Mate 20 Pro is likely to have three camera sensors, such as the P20 Pro. The idea of Mate 20 comes after consulting half a dozen tech designers. The device expected to be full metal body. The metal strips are glued to the device screen through glue or double-sided adhesive tape. This is done in such an advanced way that it makes the device waterproof, dustproof and anti-static.
As far as specifications are concerned, the information is mere. Two months ago, the device was found in AnTuTu with a rating of 356,819 points. The new smartphones will be the first of Huawei to integrate the Kirin 980 chipset that should add up to 6 GB of RAM.
