Working on Mi Max 3, Xiaomi puts many features in the phone turned tablet. All mess has been made with respect to the reports about this new forthcoming device as the company is also working on Pro version of the device. The alleged launch is slated to July since its predecessor Mi Max 2 was launched in June 2017. Now, June has gone so July might gets the release date of the phablet. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 already featured on TENAA, and FCC following the gift of big battery and large display by previous Max phablet.

By the way Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi, recently unveiled a photograph of the phone box on Weibo. Now comes a new photo online that reveals the design of the front of the device. The image reveals that the smartphone has no notch but features a virtually frame-less screen and a ratio of 18: 9.

The features of Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has been speculated on TENAA before. According to TENAA, the Mi Max 3 has the thickness of 7.99 mm and weighs 221 gram. The device comes with a large 6.9-inch screen with a Full HD + resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and a ratio of 18: 9. The front will be protect from a Gorilla glass while from the back device will feature aluminium texture. Max 3 is powered by an octa-core processor that may be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 operates at 1.8 GHz. This brings together 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage capacity. There is a slot for microSD card also. There will be variants having 32/64 GB with 4 GB RAM.

On 25 June, the version of Max 3 has been certified by National Communications Commission (NCC). The version is codenamed Mi Max 3 Pro which will come with Snapdragon 710. It will also launched alongside Mi Max 3. The specifications of  Pro version will be similar to the standard one with difference in the price, camera and storage variants. Other features include a 5,400 mAh battery, the Android Oreo operating system (8.1) and the MIUI 10 interface. From photography view-point, 12-MP sensors are expected to be fixed with front having 5 or 8 MP camera. The expected price is 1699 Yuan/ 17,500 INR.
