Upcoming flagship from ZTE Corporation’s subsidiary Nubia has been listed on Chinese telecommunications authority site TENAA. Appeared with model number NX606J the Nubia Z18 smartphone looks similar in design to less powerful recently launched ZTE Z18 mini. This device will sport a Full HD+ 5.99-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. Spec sheet reveals that there will be two variants boasting 6GB & 8GB of RAM relative to 64GB or 128GB storage options.
Qualcomm’s latest Octa-core Snapdrgaon 845 processor will power this device alongside a Aderno 630 GPU. Earlier leaks suggested that Nubia Z18 will feature a notched-display with front sensor being placed on top of it. There will be a dual-camera setup at the rear side featuring a 24-MP sensor. While a 8MP selfie shooter will be available at the front suitable for HD video calling.
The smartphone will run on stock Android 8.0 Oreo as per a company official instead of company’s own customized Nubia UI. A 3350mAh battery will juice up this Dual-SIM device and there will be a fingerprint sensor at the back panel for bio-metric authentication. It will also support Quick Charge 4+ functionality. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and USB Type-C support. The phone measures 148.58 x 72.54 x 8.55mm and weighs 172 gram.

Earlier, Nubiz Z18 with model number NX606J had scored an impressive 271,674 on AnTuTu benchmark. Full Specifications and other technical aspects are yet to be known. The ZTE Nubia Z18 (NX606J) will be made available in Black and Gold colors. Pricing and exact launch dates are not available at the moment. ZTE announce it’s flagships around the start of summer. So, we expect it to release sometime in June first week.
