The Asian nation has become first country to serve with largest mobile manufacturer. Korean giant has open Samsung world’s largest mobile factory in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Korean President Moon Jae-in is arriving India on Monday. He has scheduled his journey for 4-days visit. It will also be his first state visit as he will inaugurate the Samsung’s mobile factory in Noida. PM Narendra Modi will also cooperate him in the vivid inauguration on Monday. Moreover, his wife and First Lady of the Republic of Korea Kim Jung-sook will escort him with other cabinet officials. Other than this, the President will be talking on great concerns such as Korean Peninsula to PM Modi. Both will see on ways to increase bilateral trade and expense of defense cooperation.

Samsung World’s Largest Mobile Factory: Details

The mobile manufacturing unit expands out to 35-acre of land in Noida Sector-81. Lee Jae-yong, VC of Samsung Group has already landed India to observe the industry’s infrastructure. This Noida plant has two manufacturing units, first being the TVs, which started back in 1997. Of which, the mobile producing entity was casted in 2005. Samsung Galaxy S3 was the first smartphone and only device to come out from this facility center. Now, Samsung’s overall production is more than 10% in India and its goal is to reach 50% in coming years.

The company claims that the new mobile manufacturing unit will be an important one from everyone’s view as it will offer 5000 new vacancies. The investment of Rs 4,915 crore towards doubling the manufacturing of refrigerators and smartphones is a major one by Samsung last year. Also, the electronics brand is giving over 70,000 jobs to Indian people in Tamil Nadu. UP government also supports the brand in all aspects.
