Nithya Menon will play the role of Kannamma in the Telugu version of Ayyappan and Koshy. In Malayalam, actress Gauri Nanda came as Kannamma. Pawan Kalyan will play the role of Ayyappan Nair played by Biju Menon and Rana will play the role of Koshy Kurian played by Prithviraj in Telugu.
Samyuktha Menon plays Koshy’s wife Ruby in Telugu. It is also Samyukta’s Telugu debut. Samudrakani is the main character in the film.
