A device with the codename Sony H8526 appeared in Geekbench and was identified by a Reddit user. The screenshot now available on a Japanese technology site reveals that this device is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor.

According to the Geekbench, the Sony H8526 scored a score of 3,033 points in the single-core test while in the multi-core test scored a very high score of 10,992 points. This device should integrate 8 GB of RAM and the Android operating system P (9.0). It is important to point out that this is the company’s first smartphone with 8 GB. First report by Sumahoinfo.com published that this new SONY handset would be XZ3 premium smartphone.

According to rumors, the Snapdragon 855 processor is a 7nm chipset that should arrive with the Snapdragon X50 LTE modem to support the 5G. Recent information has also revealed that TSMC is already developing this chipset. Looking a bit at the code numbers we know that the Sony Xperia XZ2 has the designation of H81XX to H83XX. Already the latest information states that the next Xperia XZ3 will have the model number of H84XX. The Sony H8256 has all the necessary specs to be Sony’s next top-of-the-line in 2019. However, the presence of an H at the beginning of the model reveals that it can be a 2018 smartphone.
